WOW! I've been at a loss for words for several hours now. I couldn't get all of what I would want to say in a post. Over six years ago, I started on a journey that has been only a dream before. But, what I didn't know about that dream, was the friendships that I would develop in this business and the support that came from this community! I am truly thankful for everyone's trust and support!
Today was my last Saturday leading our Saturday Community Workout. On July 1, my fitness part of the business will be turned over to Karen Fortman and renamed to "Refocused Community Gym, LLC. This will be a very transparent transition.
I will continue my bicycle business of service, repair and sales of Specialized brand and equipment.
I will also continue training Speed & Agility classes.
Thanks for the surprise "bye-bye party" this morning after busting your butts this morning!!
As I said, I can't say enough, but I am truly grateful for everything and everyone that has been with on this journey!!
One last thing, a special thanks for my wife ❤💕 Nikki Loudenback who has supported me through all of this!!!

Good luck to the Boys baseball team in today's Semi Final game!!
In a tribute to their accomplishments, today's WOD had a baseball theme workout. The "runs" scored were high this morning, so we predict a solid win for the team! Great job by all! And a welcome to Andrea in her first workout at eBikes and Fitness.
