To our Valued Clients,

In keeping with our core values, we are committed to the health and safety of all clients, team members and our community. Today, ownership and management have decided to close KingFiT: Training and Findamentals to the public effective Tues, March 17, 2020. This was not an easy decision to make as there are many factors involved. However, the health and safety of our trainers and Community is a top priority !

COVID-19’s impact is an evolving situation with many unknowns and we echo the hopes of health and healing to everyone who has been affected. To date, there have been no reported cases of infection within our venue. However, we believe we should take socially responsible measures on our part to flatten the curve in the spread of this virus. We will continuously monitor the guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO) and with our industry peers to determine when it is deemed safe to reopen and Continue services .

Our team will be communicating directly through our social media outlets and our email(s). Please continue to follow us for important updates on our reopening and ways we plan to continue to help our community even in our closure.

She's picking up all the movements, and body weight rotation for punches fast 💃💪...oh wait for it..she down 7 pounds in 4 1/2 weeks !!!
