Dinner for all my clients tonight should be 8 to 10 ounces of your favorite fish or poultry grilled lightly with 1/4 oz of olive oil with a cup of grilled asparagus and cup of side salad(no cheese) w tbsp of balsamic vinegar. The treat is you can have this at 6:30 pm and again at 8:30pm, this will help boost your muscle growth and will help you increase protein synthesis for you skin, hair, muscles, bones & ramp up your energy tomorrow!
