SUP Lessons, Rentals, and Tours of Fort Lauderdale Beach. A Surf and Standup Paddle store providing lessons, rentals, tours and sales. We offer two hour lesson/tour combo $120.00. Full instructional on paddle technique and safety (approx. 30 minutes). Paddle and tour the beach-way / waterways (based on current weather conditions). Lesson and tours 3 times a day, 9am to 11am, 12pm to 2pm, 3pm to 5pm.
