Ready to go from training to leading?

The official Deep End Fitness Instructor Certification, developed and approved by Deep End Fitness HQ, is coming to South Florida.

Hosted by Deep End South Florida and led by Nico, this is your chance to take the next step and become an officially certified DEF Instructor.

Tentative date: October 9th
Time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: FLAC, Fort Lauderdale
Course cost: To be confirmed

Some people choose brunch on weekends.
We chose questionable decisions in 11ft of water with a camera watching from the bottom.

South Florida sun is doing its thing, the pool is doing its thing, and apparently so are we.

Deep End is basically great community, good vibes, and a collective agreement that horizontal floating counts as training if you believe in it enough.

If you’re looking for logic, this is probably not it.
If you’re looking for people, water, and a slightly unhinged but structured way to spend your weekend… welcome.
