Team Awesome Dodgeball The official page of Team Awesome, a competitive dodgeball team representing the city of Philadelphia.

With athletes out of the Philly area, Team Awesome competes in the top pro and amateur dodgeball tournaments in the nation. We're a team of dodgeball players who travel nationwide to compete in an assortment of dodgeball tournaments. Whether it's playing for a good cause at a small church, or in an elite tournament where the best in the world come to compete, we love the sport of dodgeball. We als

o organize dodgeball tournaments of our own to help fundraise and raise awareness for charitable causes within the community. We've assisted numerous nonprofits, charitable programs, and individuals throughout the years. We wouldn't be where we are today if it weren't for the dedicated and hardworking people from the organizations who've partnered with us. AQUA Corps is the nonprofit home for Team Awesome, and their mission is to create positive change within individuals from vulnerable populations and in the lives of the volunteers who assist them. AQUA has made a profound impact addressing the needs of the homeless in the Camden and Philly areas. There are always plenty of volunteer opportunities. Sky Zone delivers an amazing jump experience for all ages inside their trampoline park. They offer open jump, SkySlam, SkyRobics fitness classes, 3D dodgeball, and Toddler Time (for the younger guests), and they host impressive birthday parties as well. The folks at Glen Mills in particular have been extremely receptive of Team Awesome and our accomplishments. It's called Ultimate Dodgeball, and it sounds like something you'd see in a movie. But it's real and the championships are coming up in August. This morning we're joined by Matt Giovinco, Drew Giovinco, and Brenden Wolgemuth. They are apart of Team Awesome

Team Awesome will unfortunately miss this dodgeball season due to injuries and retirement to some key members. We thank you all for your support and hope to be back at it next year!

We look forward to seeing and supporting the teams and the progress that this awesome sport makes this year.

We got rings 💍💍💍 Yesterday, Team Awesome won the 2019 Elite Open Division series for the East region. We'd like to give a huge thanks to everyone who supported us this season, and most importantly, we want to wish a speedy recovery to our captain Matt Giovinco, who was injured in the semifinals (but still played in the finals).
