🤦♀️You're eating all "right & healthy" foods and not losing that stubborn fat!?
🤷♀️ Well, you probably make good food selection choices but your total calories and portions are off. Instead of having balanced meals, your cutting too many calories, too much salad with no balance of nutrients
🙅♀️ The stakes of not finding balance is going to be another day after day after day of complete disappointment.. Those trouble areas will still bother you at the next function. you will still feel insecure putting on that bathing suite.. Are you really going to let that keep going on?
💯 I was at this point too! Thinking i was eating healthy balanced meals.. But my body just wouldn't change! I looked online, talked to fit people and just kept getting all this information that kind of helped, but not really. It just didn't click. Once i got certified as a trainer I learned about proper balance, structure and how to adjust according to any body type.
👍 There's a few simple steps we can take to change this:
1) We need to do identify what your personal needs are. What does your body burn and what does it need to burn fat
2) Come up with a game plan that fits your needs!
3) Hold yourself accountable. Write it down and review it so you can dial in that diet until its perfect! Every once in a while i even do this if i feel i am off track
4) Last but not least, surround yourself with people who really support you
