As we kick off this year’s Transformation Challenge 2025! 💪✨ I created these charts to help our members understand the importance of protein and the role it plays in their journey, as well as a chart outlining macronutrient families. 🥩🍳

During a fat loss phase, higher protein intake is key for fat loss and muscle preservation. Here are some essential protein tips and benefits you should know:
✔️ Aim for at least 30g of protein per meal.
✔️ Target 1g of protein per pound of your ideal body weight.
✔️ Higher protein diets lead to greater fat loss, enhanced satiety, and improved body composition.
✔️ Boosts thermogenesis (TEF) to burn more calories!
