I spent so many years feeling like my body was a "problem" that needed to be solved. I felt like every symptom was a betrayal—as if my biology had just decided to quit on me. 🛑
I need you to hear this, because it took me a long time to believe it myself: Your body is not broken. 💛

We often try to "fix" the outputs (the weight, the fatigue, the brain fog), but we forget about the inputs. 🔄
When we shift the environment—focusing on blood sugar stability, our natural sleep rhythms, and the stress load we carry—the "information" our body receives changes. And when the inputs change, the outputs begin to change, too.
You aren't a victim of a faulty system. You have the power to create the conditions where your biology can finally move back toward balance.
