Girls Flag Football is officially SANCTIONED by the KHSAA!
This is bigger than football. This is about opportunity, leadership, confidence, discipline, and giving young women another platform to compete, grow, and shine.

With a 15-2 vote, the Kentucky High School Athletic Association has officially sanctioned Girls Flag Football. The sport will officially begin as a sanctioned KHSAA sport during the 2027-2028 school year and will be played in the spring.
