Results are in!!! This after picture does not do justice to the way I feel and the way I look. My numbers were exactly what I was working towards. I decreased my body fat % by 3.1%! My fat-free weight increased by .233, which is amazing for being in a deficit.

What makes me the most proud is that I did this through the holidays, in Korea, and without tracking. That is a big deal!

I stuck to my daily habits, I was patient, I didn't throw everything out the window just because I was off for a day, a weekend, or a week. I kept going.

There's so much I learned through this process, and I hope to share with you in later posts/stories ✌️

I'm not sure who needs to hear this, but there isn't one particular food on this planet that will make you gain weight.

This right here is my favorite breakfast of all time. It's roughly 700 calories give or take, and let me tell you... it was so freaking good!

Whether I am in a calorie deficit, maintaining or a calorie surplus, I make sure to include foods I enjoy all while still achieving my goals.

So... please don't give up foods you like just because you want to lose weight. Learn to find balance. Break the restricting/overeating cycle you are in 🙏

I'm here to remind you that fat is not gained overnight. It's the daily habits and behaviors that add up over a long period of time.
I gained 6 lbs over a 15 month period. Honestly, that's not bad at all, and I actually love the way it looks on me.
In these 15 months, I have also worked hard to maintain the muscle I've built over the course of 2 years. And now, I want to show that off.
So, here's to the next 12 weeks of my fat loss phase.

Working with a coach can really save you time and energy by following a structured and effective exercise routine. The YouTube and IG workouts are great, but will they help you get to where you want to be?

A coach also helps you overcome barriers you encounter daily. Let’s be honest, there is always something that will keep you from going to the gym or getting in that home workout. How do you overcome barriers?

And lastly, if you've tried every diet, cut out major food groups, and you feel lost on how to approach your nutrition, a coach can help with that.

These are just a few things I help my clients with. We have weekly check-ins, and chats throughout the week. I provide support, accountability, and much more!

When a client tells me they want to get "toned," I know what they are talking about.

It's that firm, lean, shapely look.

So, how do you achieve that look?

Pilates, yoga, cardio, HIIT, and random workouts will not get you there. These modalities are great; they serve a purpose, but the body you want, will not be achieved through those methods.

A progressive and structured lifting program is the ideal form of exercise that can help you achieve that "toned" look.

If you have no idea how to lift weights, no worries. That is exactly what I help women with in my 12-week Lifting Newbie Program.
