Now, SMART Training is launching a new group to support women towards the goal of living a healthier lifestyle. This group serves women in their 20s, 30s and 40s so it’s ideal for both college girls and busy moms looking to maximize results through workouts that are both efficient and effective.
Workouts will be held three times a week. Each workout will run similar to a small group training session at a local gym; so typically 5-8 women will be at each session which will provide the trainer plenty of time of offer one-on-one tips to maximize your results. Kenny will be designing every workout based on his 15+ Years experience in ways that will make every exercise accessible to women of various workout abilities. All exercises will be modified to even serve women who are working out during or after a pregnancy, plus those who may have knee or back injuries.
