What if we started offering Women’s Only Jiu-Jitsu classes on Wednesday evenings (WOW: Women's Only Wednesdays), how many of you would be interested in joining?

Tuesday night was special. Two of our youngest athletes earned their stripes and it meant more than just tape on a belt. 💪

It represents the days they showed up when it was hard, the moments they chose to listen, learn, and keep going, and the courage to grow little by little on the mats.

We’re incredibly proud of who you’re becoming not just as athletes, but as people. This is only the beginning. 👊
