Meet our staff: Roxi 🌸

Hi, my name is Roxi. I’m 13 years old. This year, I am the captain of the girls' junior high volleyball team. I started dancing at Fabulous Feet at the age of 2.5. Through the years, the types of dancing I have done are jazz, tap, ballet, lyrical and hip hop. I enjoy family vacations, spending time with my dogs, friends and family.

My love to dance is in my blood. I love listening to the music and moving to the beat. Dancing is super fun and makes me happy!! Practicing our dances with my friends is so awesome, especially when the recital is close! Recital weekend is the best! Everything we do is fun and exciting!

I love teaching because I want to share my love for dance. It’s so great to see all the kids' smiles when they finally get the hang of a dance move that's been tricky. It’s so amazing to see all the dancers perform at recital!

Hello! My name is Gracie and I am 17 years old. I love to cook, draw and watch movies. As a senior, I plan on studying behavioral science and forensic sciences.

I love to dance because it releases so many emotions that get stuck inside. I feel so seen, happy and accepted while dancing. I've been dancing at Fabulous Feet all my life!

I also love teaching dance because it's amazing to see the kids find their passion and get motivated. It's so rewarding to share a safe space with them!

Meet our staff: Jana ☀️

Hello, my name is Jana! I am married with two children, 15 and 13. Roxi (another one of our teachers) is my daughter! I have been part of the Fabulous Feet Dance Studio family since middle school. I am also co-owner of Port Huron Yoga. My days are full of mom duties, business owner tasks and puppy cuddles! 🐾

I love to dance because it is a space where I can be silly and confident all at the same time! I can try new things and know that, whatever the outcome, I will be supported and encouraged. Dance brings me so much joy and keeps life feeling light and fun. Dance has been with me through all stages of life, and currently I am so incredibly blessed to experience all things dance with my daughter, Roxi. It is like the cherry on top!

I love to teach dance because of the smile it brings to children’s faces. I love to hear the stories they share, and the way their faces light up when they feel accomplished. Making connections with the kids is first priority, and that they feel safe and confident. You can see them enjoy moving their body and learning new things. 🫶
