For just $10 for an hour on a designated day, your little ones can step onto the field or court to learn the super basic skills of Baseball, Softball, and/or Basketball in a fun, completely stress-free environment. It’s the perfect way to introduce them to the joy of the game, burn some energy, and maybe even meet some new best friends (for both them and you!). 🤝✨

Meet one of our newest Football/Strength and Conditioning Instructors, Will C**n! Will is currently a football player at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where he competes at the collegiate level and trains consistently to develop strength, speed, and position specific skills. Prior to transferring, he played at Springfield College. He also has a multi-sport background, having competed in lacrosse, baseball, and basketball, which has helped him build overall athleticism, coordination, and competitiveness. His experience across multiple sports has strengthened his work ethic, adaptability, and team first mindset.

Will is available for football and strength and conditioning lessons on Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 6 pm. You can book a lesson with him by going to the following link:

Summer is here! Just a friendly reminder that All Sports Facility is offering four Summer Camp sessions in July! Two focused on baseball and softball and the other two that includes all sports and each day is from 9am - 3pm (with a 3pm - 5pm late pick up option available for $15/day.
