South Glens Falls Girls Youth Lacrosse Come join the fun! Lacrosse is a fast growing, fast moving and exciting sport with a style similar to hockey or soccer. Come join us! It's a lot of fun!

Founded in 2016, SGF Girls Youth Lacrosse was formed to give our K-6 girls in South Glens Falls the opportunity to play the exciting, fast-paced & fun sport of women's lacrosse each Spring season. Founded in 2016, we are a girl's lacrosse program playing against other teams in the Capital District. This Spring we are planning on having a 1/2 Team, a 3/4 Team, and a 5/6 team for the season. The 3/4

& 5/6 teams will play regional round robin tournaments around the Capital District on Saturdays. Our season runs from early April (weather permitting) through early June. Our tournaments usually run 2-3 hours and include 3-4 games, leaving the rest of the weekend for other activities.
