Building out some routines for you. If you’re interested in having access to this for more reasonable then you will see anywhere else shoot me a message. Once again I also offer personalized training for just a bit more but still more reasonable than these trainers trying to charge you 3-400 a month. Ridiculous. I promise you results at a damn good price. If you’re local to Watertown, NY I will also offer in person training and tutorials to help get you started.

Going to use the App EVERFIT to streamline what I offer. I will be creating various splits from beginner to advanced, from full body to splits bringing up specific body parts as well as 100% personalized plans for your specific goals. It will be a more personal approach to online coaching or it can be a very independent process where you choose your training and track it. You’ll still have the ability to contact me as needed.
