This garage had 4in concrete and a 8in empty cavity under it 😳. We filled the entire cavity and brought it back up to where it was originally tight against the trim.
Just because your concrete is only down an inch doesn’t mean there isn’t a huge cavity under it that can cause you serious problems in the future.
