The Basketball Coaches Association of Virginia announced the roster for its All-Star Weekend, which will be held at Shenandoah University the weekend of April 11.

There were four teams formed for both boys and girls. The details for how they plan to run the all-day event in Wi******er can be found at www.BCAV.net.

In the boys region, the teams are: Northern Virginia, Shenandoah Valley, Prince William/Charlottesville and Virginia Beach/Tidewater.

Our #7, Tripp Hanger, was seriously injured while pitching in our first game this past Thursday—something we all hope we never have to see again.

With his parents’ permission, we want to share that he is improving with each update. While that is encouraging, he still has a long road to recovery ahead. We are very thankful to Coach Knight and everyone at Turner Ashby High School for their quick response and the care and support they showed during such a difficult situation.

Thank you as well to everyone who has reached out with calls, messages, and well wishes. It truly means a lot to all of us.
