When appetite is suppressed like thisโฆ
youโre not actually learning how to work with your body.
Youโre bypassing the very signals that are meant to guide you.
Hunger is there to tell you when you need fuel.
Fullness helps you recognize when youโve had enough.
Your energy tells you whatโs working and whatโs not.
Thatโs how awareness is built.
But when appetite suppression turns those signals downโฆ
that feedback loop gets quieter too.
So instead of learning your body,
you start relying on something external to manage it for you.
And while thatโs happeningโฆ
youโre not building the habits or awareness
that would actually support you long-term.
Thatโs where the problem shows up later.
Because at some point, something changes.
The body adapts.
The appetite suppression isnโt as strongโฆ
or itโs no longer there at all.
And now youโre back in your bodyโฆ
without ever learning how to respond to it.
Thatโs when people feel lost again.
Not because they didnโt tryโฆ
But because the process never taught them what they needed to understand.
