Nina’s first career was as a Mechanical and Aerospace Engineer prior to becoming a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist, Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and advanced instructor

for Active Release Techniques. Her passion for keeping people active comes in part from her former athletic endeavors (High School volleyball, basketball and tennis, Cornell Volleyball (Div 1), triathlons, and competitive bike racer. She now trail runs, bikes, hikes, skis, strength trains and gardens.
