We are extremely proud of our August Triple Threat Self Defense students. We packed a ton of information and training into this intensive and this crew worked in readily hard and rose to every challenge. Last night was the second night of the August Triple Threat 3-Day Course. Night two is an intensive introduction to physical techniques, and this class did an amazing job.

Every 3-Day Self Defense registration includes a free month of training in our Intro/Intermediate level class. This allows our students time to hone the skills they learn throughout this course. Knowledge is power, and this extra hands on training ensures that students really get the hang of not just what to do…but how to really do it.
