Mary Ward reminded me today that Persephone, a Mustang now five years old, was born here. “Little P” as we call her, celebrated being all grown up by taking her first full property ride with her horse friends, Peyton, Hobbes, and Stardust.

Thank you Larimer County Sheriff's Office for keeping us alerted today regarding the armed suspect activity nearby, the officers' advice at our border to go into lockdown, and the quick resolution! Good job, rescuers!

For the second time this year, Loveland firefighters pulled a horse from icy water after it fell through the surface of a frozen pond, this time at Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch west of Loveland.
