Check out the new pages on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. My fitness business is still going strong and my specialty food, home and lifestyle side of things has seen some excellent growth as well! It was a sea of Sharks during Shark Week! What fun to see so much talent and good sportsmanship in our kids on this team!

Kids and I hope to see you in the morning on the Power Trail at Drake (railroad track crossing) for Bike To Work Breakfast and Fun! We r joining my friend Emily from Cargill there starting at 6:30. We are so excited and ready to celebrate your choice to ride to work!

Last Saturday The kids and I were the happy last-minute volunteers for the Fort Collins Children's Triathalon and all the subsequent races. It was so amazing to see these kids race and to be part of support they received from community.
