I'm a certified yoga and barre teacher that LOVES craft beer. I love building community, which is why my students return again and again to my events. In 2014, I founded the all-women craft beer Meetup group Beer Necessities in Austin.

I moved to Seattle in 2016 and founded Beer Necessities Seattle, which now has 1200+ members. I started running my own yoga and barre events in 2017 -- partnering with breweries, running stores, and the Ballard Locks. In October 2018, I led a yoga retreat to Asheville, NC, where we also drank at several local breweries, steamed in hot tubs with river views, and zip-lined through the Blue Ride Mountains.
