I’m hitting around 200g of protein a day. Most of it comes from real foods, and I supplement the rest with FrogFuel. I’ve been using Frog Fuel for over a year now, and it’s been great. 💪
I’m on the compete Frog Fuel regimen now, I take the recovery protein, the pre-workouts (which are awesome), and the greens+protein.
I’ve noticed huge improvement to my recovery time, and for me, being able to grab a few pouches to take after a long run or ruck, traveling, or even making sure I have protein weight me when I sneak a gym session in at work… it’s super convenient.
