I’m hitting around 200g of protein a day. Most of it comes from real foods, and I supplement the rest with FrogFuel. I’ve been using Frog Fuel for over a year now, and it’s been great. 💪

I’m on the compete Frog Fuel regimen now, I take the recovery protein, the pre-workouts (which are awesome), and the greens+protein.

I’ve noticed huge improvement to my recovery time, and for me, being able to grab a few pouches to take after a long run or ruck, traveling, or even making sure I have protein weight me when I sneak a gym session in at work… it’s super convenient.

100 Miles. 30 Days. NO EXCUSES. ⚡️GRIT 100 is open for registration! 💀🤘

This is a test of consistency, resilience, and Grit.

Excuses are eliminated. If you can move, you can attempt this Challenge.

⚔️ The mission is simple: accumulate 100 standardized miles in November.

Miles can be completed by any Challenge approved activity (pretty much everything) and will be converted to standardized miles during the reporting process.

*Standardized miles are just miles traversed by foot. 👌

You can break up the milage however you want, how often you want… as long as you get it done.

🌎 This is a virtual Challenge that ANYONE IN THE WORLD can participate in (again… we’re big on removing excuses).

Report and track your progress online, directly in your RunSignUp account. Earn virtual milestone and special event badges. And race fellow Challengers to the 100 mile goal.

Everything starts at the feet. This is especially true for rucking. ⚔️

NEVER cut corners on the footwear. The right pair of boots can make all the difference in your rucking performance and how well your feet hold up.

If you’re wearing the wrong boots, only pain will follow… and not only at the feet. It could also cause issue in your joints and back! So don’t be afraid to test different boots until you’ve found the ones that work best for you, it’s worth the investment.

🥾 My go-to boots, that I’ve been using for years now, are the Garmont Tactical T8 NFS. I recommend you give them a try if you have t found the perfect boot for you yet.

If, and most likely when, you get blisters… try not to pop them. If you let them heal on their own, they’ll eventually callus over and thicken the skin where you’re getting hot spots. This will toughen up your feet and make the miles much easier for you in the future!

Designed to be done anywhere, anytime, in any condition. Many are bodyweight only, with some including a single piece of equipment (Kettlebell, Dumbbell, weight-vest).

What ruck should you use for Ranger School? I actually get asked this a lot, so hopefully this helps! 👊

The best thing you can do is to train with the equipment you’ll ACTUALLY use.

Too many people spend months rucking with weight vests, plate carrier packs, or “fitness rucks” and then show up to Ranger School carrying a completely different load on a completely different frame. Not good…

If you’re training for Ranger School:

✅ Use a MOLLE II ruck
*this is what you’ll be required to use while there.

✅ Learn how to pack it correctly
*don’t be lazy, get practice packing and unpacking.

✅ Learn how to fit it correctly
*adjust the ruck after every training ruck until it’s just right for you.

✅ Carry the gear you’ll actually use in the field
*don’t just stuff it with weight plates 🤦‍♂️ pack it with OCIE you’ll actually use at RS.

✅ Follow the Ranger School packing list guidance
*make sure to check the RS packing list often, it changes.

Yes, it’s VERY IMPORTANT to be good at rucking before going to Ranger School. You’ll pretty much be living under a pack for at least 62 days (probably more).

But that’s not the only thing to focus on. Those who earned their Tabs didn’t just get through the rucking, they also were able to:

• Keep moving when they’re exhausted
• Lead under stress
• Pay attention to details
• Navigate accurately
• Work as part of a team (you don’t earn the Tab by yourself)
• Refused to quit (this is the MOST IMPORTANT THING)

📣 💵 HUGE CONGRATS to the $1,000 winner of the 42-Day STAY GRITTY Transformation Challenge!

I partnered with Playbook | Fitness and Wellness App during their $50k Challenge event, and they selected Mario as a cash prize winner!

And it’s no surprise as to why. You can clearly see he put in the WORK! 💪

The STAY GRITTY Challenge included 42 days of bodyweight only training, with workouts every single day. The workouts were designed to be completed anywhere, anytime of the day, under any conditions. This eliminated any excuses! Challengers either put in the work, or they did not. ⚔️

Mario was just one of many who saw results like this. Challengers got after it! They committed, did the work, and the results followed.

And I have to say, the way everyone CRUSHED IT in the community…. Every day routing for each other and motivating each other… that was truly inspiring to see. 🤜 🤛

It’s amazing what can be accomplished in such a short period of time… especially with the right training, the right mindset, and GRIT! 💪
