⛳ Big things are happening at Underwood Golf Course!

The long‑awaited Golf Course Irrigation Project is officially underway, and yesterday marked the first big step. Contractors visited Underwood for an on‑site walk‑through as planning moves forward. Proposal plans are expected by June 1, and we’re excited to watch this project take shape!

This upgrade is a major investment in water efficiency, course quality, and long‑term sustainability for our service members, families, and the El Paso community. Better irrigation means a healthier course, smarter resource use, and an even better playing experience.

And in case you missed it, the planning process has begun to transform part of the course into a brand new sports complex for multi‑use recreational space. We're committed to creating more places for our community to connect, play, and thrive.
