Tactical Athlete Performance Center - TAPC

Group classes and training sessions occur at the TAP-C during PT hours (0600-0730). This past Tuesday, the groups were Redcatcher reset, DOTS 3-81, and the BSC team for 199th Infantry "Leader Brigade". Each group endured a gruesome training session with our strength and conditioning coaches!
