FOD Select Fastpitch Tryouts Are Here!!

Are you looking for more than just a team? At FOD Select, we focus on developing athletes on and off the field through fundamentals, softball IQ, competition, mentorship, and faith.

We are excited to welcome players interested in joining our 10U, 12U, and 14U 2013 and 14u 2012 Showcase programs for the 2027 season.

Open workouts are available on the dates listed below and are a great opportunity to meet our coaches, tour the facility, and see what FOD Select is all about.

Today we celebrate the women behind the players. 💕🥎

The moms, bonus mom’s and women that help fill the motherly role, who somehow do it all from early mornings, late nights, dirty uniforms, packed coolers, endless car rides, team snacks, words of encouragement, and cheering louder than anyone in the stands. You are the heart behind FOD Select.

Thank you for the sacrifices nobody sees, the prayers whispered before games, the hugs after tough losses, and the constant love and support you pour into your athletes every single day. These girls are stronger, more confident, and more resilient because of you.

We are beyond thankful for the amazing mothers that make this team feel like family. Your dedication does not go unnoticed.

14U Open Practices and Tryouts

We will have two teams for the upcoming season:

• 2nd Year Team – Late 2011–2012
• 1st Year Team – Late 2012–2013

All open practice dates listed will be combined for both teams.

• May 7th @ 6pm
• May 14th @ 6pm

Official Tryout Dates:
• 3pm May 24th – 1st Year Team
• 3pm June 7th – 2nd Year Team

FOD Select is more than just softball. Our program is built on development, accountability, and preparing athletes for the next level.. on and off the field. We offer access to both an indoor training facility and outdoor field, allowing for consistent, year-round development.

Our athletes benefit from mentorship calls, structured training, and a focus on real-life skills alongside the game. We emphasize softball IQ, discipline, and building confident young women ready for the future. Join a program that values growth, teamwork, and purpose.

Our second year team will attend showcases, play some HSD tournaments, and focus on college prep.
