Wednesday night we continued working to build confidence in leg lock positions both offensively and when defending.
Transitioning between single leg X, traditional X guard and outside ashi and finishing an ankle lock from those starting positions was the major work accomplished.
Learning to keep your balance and building confidence defending leg attacks is part of the same drills.

If you are interested in improving your jiu jitsu, our adult/teen group practices several times each week.
