It takes a village. ❤️

We were honored to partner with the incredible men of F3 F3 Forsyth to help collect and donate school supplies for local students and teachers. Investing in our children and supporting the educators who pour into them every day is something our community can all rally behind.

It was a pleasure meeting Dr. Jessica Evans, Family Services Coordinator for the Monroe County Board of Education, and seeing firsthand the heart behind this incredible event.

🕣 **8:30–10:30 a.m.**

Free backpacks, school supplies, and helpful community resources will be available **while supplies last**, so be sure to arrive early!

Today we had the joy of surprising one of our fearfully and wonderfully made Faith & Fitness leaders, Tara 💛💙

As a school nurse at TG Scott Elementary, she pours so much love and care into her students every day. Thanks to the generosity of our Faith & Fitness family (and extended family), we were able to bless her with supplies and essentials she may need throughout the year—Band-Aids, baby wipes, tissues, clean socks, underwear, and other items to help care for little ones when they need it most.

We are so thankful for all of our teachers, school nurses, administrators, and school staff who faithfully invest in the next generation. As this new school year begins, we are praying for God’s protection, wisdom, peace, and joy over every student, educator, and family. We are also looking forward to donating essential supplies to local schools later this week. Thankful to be able to give back to our community! Here’s to a safe, healthy, and amazing school year! ❤️📚✏️

🇺🇸 Memorial Day Schedule Update 🇺🇸

In honor of Memorial Day, there will be no 5:00 AM or 6:00 AM classes on Monday next week. Instead, we will offer one special 8:00 AM class at the FMC gymnasium.

As we enjoy the long weekend, let’s also take time to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Wishing everyone a safe, meaningful, and blessed Memorial Day weekend.

Have you been thinking about joining us but nervous to start? We want to assure you that this group is made for EVERY fitness and ability level. If you’re new to working out, you’re welcome here. If you’re an expert, you’re welcome here. If you can or can’t do some of the exercises, you’re welcome here! Many of the women in our classes modify exercises to fit their own individual needs! What counts is showing up and investing in yourself! Message us with any questions. We hope to see you soon!
