Yesterday we had 24 men meet to workout and pray over Hubbard Elementary and another 15 meet this morning at the Monroe County Achievement Center. Our final prayer workout of the week will be held tomorrow at Mary Persons High School. We will meet at the parking lot by the baseball fields at 7am. There is also a ruck / hike that will meet at the same location at 6am.

Today we had 28 high impact men meet up to workout and pray over the staff, students, and campus at Monroe County Middle School and T.G. Scott Elementary. The youngest was 11 and the oldest was 72. Age is just a number when you want to improve yourself and make a difference. Thank you to all the men who showed up and we would love to invite other men from Forsyth to join us at our remaining prayer workouts this week!

Wednesday - our normal workout location at Christ Community Church
Thursday - Hubbard Elementary
Friday - Monroe County Achievement Center
Saturday - Mary Persons High School

We had 18 men come out this morning to workout at K.B. Sutton Elementary and to pray over the staff, students, and campus for the upcoming school year. Thank you to everyone who showed up!

Tomorrow's workout will be held behind Monroe County Middle School at 5:15 AM. We will also make our way over to T.G. Scott Elementary to pray over that campus as well. All men are welcome to join us regardless of age or current fitness level. We hope to see you there!

We invite all men to our Annual Back to School Workout Week, running from July 27th through August 1st! F3 Forsyth will be closing our regular locations to meet at various schools across the county. Join us for a great workout and a purposeful time of prayer for our students, teachers, support staff, and administrators as they start the 2026-2027 school year. We have had some big events the last couple weeks. I want to give a huge shoutout to all the men who came out and participated in these challenging workouts! Thank you to our brothers from F3 Macon for coming out to support us at Convergence!

I would also like to encourage any men in the middle GA area to come out to a workout. You don't have to be in shape to start. At F3 we leave no man behind but leave no man where we find him!

Come join us for The Murph at 6 AM 5/25/26. This will be held at the Monroe County Achievement Center, 433 US-41, Forsyth, GA 31029. This will be a fun, challenging workout but this is free of charge and open to all men, regardless of current fitness level. We hope to see you there!
