5 things in Forney worth the money- Moms Edition

Latham's Bakery makes a bad day better — the cinnamon muffin alone is worth the drive. Goat Farm Coffee House gets you an actual moment of quiet with your coffee, goat milk and all. Artisan Nail Bar is the treat-yourself hour you keep putting off — go book it. MomCo Forney gives you a place to land when motherhood feels like a lot. And FIT4MOM Forney? That's where you get all of it — movement, community, and permission to bring your kids along.

Here's what your FIT4MOM membership actually includes: classes you don't need childcare for, a full on-demand library for the days you can't make it in, Coffee & Connect, Hot Mom Walks, and Mom Night Outs — plus every family event on the calendar. Memberships start at $79/month. Or grab a 10-class pack for $170, or just drop in for $20 and see what it's like. Your first class is always FREE ❤️

You don't need to have it together to show up. You just need to show up.

You don’t need another workout saved to your phone that you’ll “start Monday.”

You need something that already fits your life.

A place to show up.
Kids included.
Workout planned.
Other moms there.
Done before 10 AM.

That’s the whole point of FIT4MOM.

And if fall has you craving a little more routine, movement, and actual adult interaction… this is a pretty good place to start. 🍂

Nobody really tells you how weird it can feel to make friends as an adult before you become an adult.

You move to the suburbs.
You have kids.
Your days get full.

And somehow you can be surrounded by people all the time… and still feel like you don’t really have your people yet.

The ones who don’t care if your kid is melting down or you showed up five minutes late with cold coffee.

That part of motherhood can feel so lonely.

And sometimes finding your village doesn’t take some big, brave moment or you standing up and introducing yourself to a room full of strangers.

Sometimes it starts with showing up to a workout with a stroller, standing next to another mom, and saying hi.

That’s a big part of what FIT4MOM has always been about for us.

Come for the movement.
Stay because you found people who get it.

Your first class is free.

“But I’m not really a workout-class person.”

That’s okay.

FIT4MOM isn’t only for women who already work out.

It’s for moms who want a realistic way to start moving again.

You can modify.
You can take breaks.
Your kid can have a meltdown.
Nobody is keeping score.

Just come.

You might need FIT4MOM in your life if your current fitness plan is mostly:

“I’ll start when things calm down.”

Which is a solid plan, except… apparently things are never calming down. 😅

You want to move your body.
You want actual mom friends.
You just don’t want to solve childcare, scheduling, motivation, and logistics before you even get there.

That’s exactly why we exist.

FIT4MOM is fitness that fits into the life you already have.

Kids come with you.
You don’t need to know anyone.
You don’t need to be “in shape.”
You just need to show up.

If this carousel felt a little too specific, consider that your sign. 🍂
