This week is all about Space Adventure Week at Camp FIT4MOM! Join us for stroller workouts, a fun space-themed craft after Wednesday's classes (just bring 2 empty toilet paper rolls!), Mom & Kid Bingo, prizes all month long, and the kind of community that makes everyone excited for Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

✨ Meet Coach Reagan! ✨

We're so excited to introduce Reagan who is growing her role in our Village from Playgroup Captain to Stroller Barre Coach! 💛

Starting July 3, Reagan will be leading our brand-new Stroller Barre class in Forney.

From Coach Reagan:
My name is Reagan, and I’ve been part of the FIT4MOM community since January 2026. I originally joined to stay active while bringing my new baby along, but I quickly found so much more than a workout. FIT4MOM has provided support, friendship, and a strong sense of community.

Being a mom is my greatest joy. I have children ranging in age from 11 months to 25 years, which gives me a unique appreciation for every stage of motherhood. For the past five months, I’ve served as Playdate Captain, organizing fun activities and opportunities for families to connect.

As a barre instructor and fitness enthusiast, I love that Stroller Barre focuses on controlled, mindful movements that improve posture, stability, alignment, and deep core strength through low-impact exercise. It’s a great way for moms to build strength, move with confidence, and enjoy time with their little ones.

In my free time, I love spending time with my children and going on long walks with my husband.

🎉 To celebrate our launch, every new mom who joins us for our first Stroller Barre class will receive ONE WEEK of FREE classes!
