Max Out Medley:
Athlete 1: 1 rep max Power Sn**ch
Athlete 2: 2 rep max Hang Sn**ch
Athlete 3: 3 rep max Overhead Squat

Each athlete will have 4 minutes
Min 1: OPTIONAL burpees to a 45lb plate (each burpee will add 1lb to your total max)
Min 2-4: Find the rep max of your assigned lift
