Friday night is the Fall Festival, and we have ten local vendors coming.

Dinner is covered: pulled pork and nachos from Cam's, cookies from Sugared Sparrow, and snow cones and popcorn from Retro Snow.

Then the fun part. Permanent jewelry from Beauty and Bling. Hair tinsel and feathers from Kreatively Kenzy + Co. Bows, blankets, toys and jerseys from Fearless Creations. Refillable pens and badge reels from Penny's Pretty Pens. Candles, plus Pokémon, One Piece, Marvel, My Little Pony and Lorcana cards from Luimys Candles & Mike's Magic Cardz. And Hotworx with memberships and merch.

Plus trunk or treat, a glow party, a costume contest and face painting.

It is free for families. Come in costume, come hungry, and bring a little spending money, because your kid is going to find the tinsel booth.

The birthday party they'll be talking about all year. 🎉

Here's what $350 gets you: 2 hours with the party room AND the rec room. Bounce house, tumble track, bounce pad and Gaga pit, for a room full of kids who get to run at full speed the whole time.

Bring your theme, bring your food and drinks, however you want them. Want to go bigger? Add Nerf wars, cotton candy, popcorn and more.

10 new athletes have joined us since last week, and we're just getting started this fall. 🤸

Wednesday Intro to Tumbling is officially full. Thursday still has room, but classes are filling fast. Our Thursday Beginning Tumbling class, 6:30 to 7:15, has 3 spots left.

We place by skill, not by age, so if you're not sure where your athlete fits, call us and we'll figure it out together.

Meet Liz! ☕️

If you've called the gym lately, you've already heard her voice. Liz Hames is our new office manager, and she's the person to talk to for calls, payments, accounts, and pretty much everything that keeps this place running.

Liz has been happily married to her husband, Dave, for 14 years. Before joining PowerStride, she was a full-time mom and a proud PTO parent to her two kids. When she's not dreaming up the next school fundraiser, you'll find her with a cup of coffee in hand, cheering from the sidelines at dance competitions and swim meets.

She loves being involved, and we're so glad she's part of the PowerStride family. Stop by and say hi! 💕

Homeschool families, we start this Tuesday! 🤸

Our homeschool co-op kicks off September 29. Tuesday and Thursday mornings, 9 to 11 AM, for ages 5 to 12.

Tumbling, open gym, crafts and STEM, all in one morning. No experience needed.

A 30-minute weekly class for athletes getting ready for next season. Jumps, motions, stunt basics, strength and flexibility, teamwork and confidence.
