The time has come. My 2002 Grady White 282 Sailfish is on the market.
This vessel is powered with twin F225 Yamahas (Exhausts were done two seasons ago) has been meticulously maintained and cared for. All systems are in working order as they should be. The 282 Grady White Sailfish Walk Around is one of their most popular models for fishability and comfort. It boasts quality craftsmanship, has a great ride (Sea V2 hull) and amazing fishability. Some key features include a hardtop with full four sided enclosure, rocket launcher, Taco black outriggers, overhead electronics box, flush mounted electronics, windlass, bait prep station, raw water washdown, freshwater washdown, tackle storage and spreader lights. The helm area has a tilt steering wheel, flush mounted Raymarine C80 fishfinder/Chart Plotter with 1000kw transducer, Furuno Navnet color radar. Up top in the electronics box is a Northstar 952 chart plotter, color Sitex fish finder, and two VHF radios. Seating includes a deluxe helm chair, companion seating, foredeck seating and dual jump seats. The stand-up cabin is very spacious with a V-berth and an aft cabin. There is a microwave, refrigerator, stove and a sink. The cabin also boasts an enclosed head with marine toilet and macerator. The large fish box is very well insulated and will hold ice for days. The is also live well that will hold a good amount of live bunker all day. I had three custom made rod holders added to the transom which allows me to troll 11 lines with ease for all you tuna junkies. This boat is very easy to handle and is also very fuel efficient. I am also including a custom winter cover made by Gioia Sails. This cover is lightweight yet durable unlike the old school canvas covers. Very easy to manage!
