Forestburg Riding Club

Forestburg Riding Club Forestburg Riding Club was established in 1957. We have monthly meetings at the arena at 7:30pm on the first Tuesday of each month. at the arena.

We host an annual rodeo on the second weekend in August during the Forestburg Watermelon Festival! Everyone is welcome to join the Forestburg Riding Club (FRC). FRC meetings are held on the first Tuesday of every month at 7 p.m. During inclement weather meeting are held at the Forestburg Volunteer Fire Dept. The mission of FRC is to promote Horsemanship,Sportsmanship, and Fellowship. We support an

d encourage school, and other local organizations. The FRC hosts and participates in several events each year including ranch rodeos, open rodeos, UPRA/TRCA sanctioned rodeo, play days, trail rides, and benefits. The FRC drill team performs annually in the Forestburg Rodeo and other surrounding local rodeos.

This year we’ve worked hard getting the new bleachers ready so you don’t need to bring your lawn chairs. We’ve been working on this since March every Sunday with several week days along the way. This is seating for about 750 additional people with a great view of the performance. We want to express a huge thanks to Gainesville Riding Club for the help yesterday.
