Meet Andrew Bielicki – Director of Player Development
Virginia Vanguard Baseball is proud to welcome Andrew Bielicki as our Director of Player Development, where he leads player development initiatives across the entire organization.
Andrew’s passion for mentoring young athletes goes far beyond baseball. Called to serve the Lord from the age of six, he believes the game is one of the greatest platforms to build faith, character, discipline, and strong young men.
His baseball journey reflects a relentless commitment to growth. Andrew competed at both the NJCAA and NCAA Division III levels before earning the opportunity to play semi-professional baseball, where he became an Empire League All-Star. His pursuit of excellence also led him to train as a two-way athlete at Driveline Baseball and as a pitcher at Tread Athletics, learning from some of the game’s most respected player development programs.
Today, Andrew is the founder of A2B Baseball Development, where he works full-time helping athletes maximize their potential. Having trained more than 500 players, he is passionate about making elite-level instruction accessible while emphasizing long-term development, accountability, life skills, and a love for hard work.
When he’s not on the field, Andrew enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, Helana, and their two pups, Buttercup and Oliver.
At Virginia Vanguard, Andrew is committed to developing more than great baseball players—he is committed to helping raise young men of integrity, resilience, and strong character. His mission is to help every player become the best version of themselves, both on and off the field.
We’re excited to have Coach Andrew leading player development across the Virginia Vanguard organization as we continue our mission of developing athletes, building leaders, and glorifying God.
