Three hours of sharpening skills, pushing the pace, and getting better together.

Josh trained with us at Primal MMA for two years before having to move to Florida earlier this year. But moving didn’t slow him down one bit. He never skipped a beat and continued putting in the work and staying dedicated to his training.
