Today, basketball took a backseat as sisterhood took the lead.

Our Lady Cats came together to surround Jaydn with love, prayers, and support as she mourns the passing of her mother. In moments like these, we’re reminded that this program is about so much more than the game. We are family. We grieve together, pray together, and carry one another through life’s toughest seasons.

Jaydn, we want you to know that you are deeply loved, and you will never have to walk this journey alone.

Please continue to keep Jaydn, her family, and all who loved her mother in your prayers.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support our student-athletes and show what it means to be part of the Bearcat family. The energy in the gym was amazing, and we’re excited for what’s ahead.

We came back to work… but of course we had to take a few cute pictures of a few of our girls first! 😂📸

And just like that, our summer season has come to an end! Today, we officially closed things out with our team fun day! ❤️💙

We kicked off the day with a little laser tag fun at Party Safari, then headed to lunch at Ichiban. From there, we hit Fannin Lanes for bowling, and let’s just say… we’re glad some of these ladies chose basketball as their sport 🤭😂

To wrap up the day, we made one final stop at our local ice cream shop, The Dairy Whistler , for some well-deserved sweet treats!

These ladies have worked hard all summer, and we couldn’t be more proud of the growth, effort, and commitment they’ve shown. We can’t wait to get back to work in the new school year!

This season is definitely going to be one for the books, so make sure y’all start following early… you won’t want to miss what’s coming!
