We’re excited to introduce a brand-new Sunday class at 1PM focused on the self-development and
leadership of our youth.
This class is designed to go far beyond physical training. While movement and conditioning will
be included, the primary focus is on developing strong minds, strong character, and strong
leadership foundations.

Our youth are growing up in a world filled with distractions — constant technology, social media
pressure, and outside influences that can shape them in unhealthy ways. While we can’t control
everything they’re exposed to, we can give them a weekly environment that grounds them.
Sundays will become a day of preparation.
We will teach students how to:

Prepare their week before it begins
Build habits that carry into school, sports, and life
This class is about direct development — mentally, physically, and spiritually.
While the kids train and prepare for the week ahead, parents will also have an opportunity to
reset, plan, and prepare for their own week knowing their child is being mentored in a positive
and structured environment.
Our goal is simple:
To raise disciplined, accountable, confident young leaders who are prepared for life.
