Coaching Staff & Premier Open Workout
Georgia Impact Premier is proud to introduce the leadership team for our 16U Premier program. Head Coach Rob Bratton will be joined by Assistant Coaches Mark Greene, Brandon White, and Bryan Jones. Supporting the program as General Managers are Chris Heath and Dickey Vallery. Together, this experienced leadership team is committed to building a championship-caliber culture while developing athletes to compete at the highest levels of travel fastpitch and preparing them for success at the collegiate level.
This staff is dedicated to developing complete student-athletes through high-level instruction, advanced game knowledge, and a championship mindset. Their focus extends far beyond wins and losses—they are committed to helping players maximize their potential, gain valuable exposure, and pursue opportunities to play college softball. Every athlete will be challenged to grow both on and off the field through accountability, discipline, and intentional player development.
