One of Kris's motivators is being able to get down on the floor with her grandkids (she has 9!). Keeping her legs strong and regularly doing New Knee's exercises helps her do just that. Thanks Kris Haugen Dekkers for being an inspiration! 🙌

Meet Meredith:

"I have struggled with weak knees for 25 years, having my first of 7 knee surgeries at age 14 due to a degenerative cartilage condition.

I have end-stage arthritis and qualify for a double knee replacement, but being younger than 40, I hope to hold off as long as possible, receiving cortisone shots up to 4 times/year.

After completing 3 consecutive rounds of the New Knee program,
-My legs are getting stronger
-I can squat for the first time in years
-I have extended the time between shots
-My pain has decreased and mobility has increased
