We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Full Time Business Manager to oversee the club’s administrative, financial, and operational business functions. This position is well-suited for an experienced business, finance, or operations professional who values autonomy, community involvement, and a mission-driven organization. Familiarity with fi****ms, shooting sports, or outdoor recreation is beneficial but not required.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting/financial software.
Solid understanding of financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, and reconciliations.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Background or familiarity with fi****ms, shooting sports, range operations, or outdoor recreation clubs.
Experience working with boards, nonprofits, membership organizations, or volunteer-driven organizations.
