The results are in: as far as this selection, lump charcoal is the most popular bbq grill fuel of The Northwoods.
After two summers, it was a 2 to 1 favorite over any other choice. It's my favorite as well, but I haven't tried the apple wood briquettes.
We will be stocking up on it before the ice is out.
