Forest Lake Girls Swim and Dive The Forest Lake Girls' Swim and Dive Team is sponsored by the Forest Lake Area School District and made up of students in 7-12th grade.

Don't miss out on Captains practices! These are a fun, informal way to get to know the team and hang out before the real work begins 😎

August 1st, C**n Lake Beach. Bring a swimsuit and anything else you may need for the beach, 2-4 pm.

August 4th, Fenway pickleball courts. If you have pickleball paddles you are willing to share please bring them. If you do not have any no worries we can rotate. Wear athletic wear and bring a water bottle. 1-2:30 pm.

August 6th, grass area across from the pool from 3-5 where we will be playing games and getting to know each other.

Did you know only about 7% of highschool athletes go on to compete in college?! It takes a huge commitment and a lot of drive to make the leap, and today we celebrate our very own Avery Fallon! She signed her National Letter of Intent for Gustavus, where she'll get a great education and swim with an awesome team! We are so proud of you Avery! You've been an amazing leader and role model, and will no doubt continue to do great things ❤️
