JCP FITNESS I enjoy teaching and helping others in FITNESS AND HEALTH related matters. The human body is amazing I am also a health coach and a tour guide.

I have been personal training for over 20 years and working all populations with many different injuries. I enjoy lifting weights, biking and handball on my days off work.
