Congratulations to Isabella, Richard, Madeleine, Gianluca, Vinni, and Shiori on being promoted to Junior ShoMokuroku in Sosuishiryu Jujutsu! They all worked really hard, and left it all on the mat tonight. We are all really proud of all of you!! Now we all get back to work.

And speaking of hard work and tenacity, Congratulations to Mike Parker on being promoted to NiDan (2nd Degree Black Belt). Mike is also a consistent instructor in the Children’s Class and leads by example! I’m really proud of you both.

This evening’s practice before class, and at least ten years ago. I realize I’ve been doing the same things, in the same room, with the same people. I’m certain in ten more years, we will be doing the same thing together. I hope you’ll be there training with us. You won’t regret it. Training is the Way.
