Speed. Technique. Confidence under the bar.

Coach called the audible. Mike went heavier—and smashed a double bigger than his old 1RM. That’s what happens when technique locks in and an athlete stays coachable.

Overhead Squats on a Thursday!

Most people shy away from lifting because it looks “too hard” — but that’s exactly why it changes you. 💪

Overhead squats aren’t just about weight — they build strength, mobility, balance, and confidence.

Before performing an overhead squat, our coaches always make sure athletes have the proper mobility first. 🏋🏽‍♂️

If an athlete doesn’t yet have the overhead mobility to safely perform the lift, we modify — whether that’s a back squat, front squat, box squat, single-leg variation, or even a goblet squat.

The goal is always movement quality first. Build the foundation, then build the lift. 💪

Start light, move with control, and watch how quickly “I can’t” turns into “I did.” 🏋️‍♀️🔥
