I apologize for not updating my page lately!!! I'm up to 200 likes!!!🎉🎉🎉 I'm feeling good! My zumba classes have doubled in size at The Gym in Forest Grove! I have a fun group who who are really getting down!;) we are there 6:15-7:15 Monday and Wednesday's!!! Have 2 new students who said " that hour went by fast!" 😊 Love doing what I do! Happy Halloween Friends! Hope it's a "Thriller"!!!😜💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻

Had a hot , hot, hot Zumba class last night!:) I am feeling so blessed to be able to share my passion with my students and connect with amazing people! Class is Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:15-7:15 at The Gym in Forest Grove. Come and dance with us!💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻❤️❤️❤️

Hey My Zumba Peeps! Im having a blast teaching Monday and Wednesday nights at The Powerhouse Gym in Forest Grove! Class is from 6:15-7:15 and drop-in fee is $8.00 if you are a non-member. Also- I will be subbing at Fitness 1440 from 6:00-7:00 Thursday evening as well as Saturday morning at 9:00 am at the same location!! Thursday will be a fun-filled Zumba day as I'm dancing with the kids at Banks Elementary - promoting exercise and health at the health fair!! :) I'm so blessed to be able to teach again- it really does bring me so much happiness! Remember- when in doubt- DANCE IT OUT!! :)

Happy Friday!!!!! I've had a busy Zumba week and thought I'd take some time to update: im feeling better!!!! There is light at the end of the tunnel:) as I sit here posting this.. I'm receiving an iron infusion .. One of many.. But they make me feel so much better! I am seeing a new specialist.. One of the best at OHSU. It's been a tough year.. But good things to come for sure! I'm having a good time spreading Zumba love!!! Happy Valentines Day.. And keep dancing!!😍💝

Hey Zumba Peeps! I'm feeling pretty good- although still dealing with doctors visits. Praying for better health this year! I am teaching Monday nights at 6:15 at The Gym in Forest Grove , next month will start twice a month at Pacific University , ready to do more Zumba with kids!! Its looking up!! When in Doubt- dance it out, right?? Thanks for your support!! LOVE TO ALL

I've been doing some subbing lately and I have to just say I missed teaching so much! Sharing my love of Zumba with people is truly my passion! I have really come a long way after my pulmonary embolism and I'm feeling good!! Love to all, Zumba friends:)

Hey My Zumba Peeps! :) Good news--- Im feeling better!! :) Ive been back to Zumba a little - just taking classes from other instructors- I can't believe how much I've missed it! I felt so awesome after that first class back! :) Im so ready to dance again!!! I still have a few more Dr. appointments to get through- but hope to be back to it in a few months!!! :) Keep dancin! Its good for your soul!

Hey my friends!!! The last time I posted on my page- May 19th? Wow- I'm sorry I haven't been updating. The last 3 weeks have been difficult. I continued to experience shortness of breath so I had another CT scan- and these clots are just not going away.:( I was switched to Coumadin- which was not doing the job fast enough- so I am on Lovenox- a more aggressive blood thinner. So- my hopes of starting my class again has been put on hold- maybe until Fall. I'm remaining positive and know this will be behind me soon- but honestly- it breaks my heart not to be able to Zumba!! :( I miss it- but know I have to take care of myself and follow Dr.'s orders. ! In the meantime- I hope you are all having a great summer !! I hesitated on posting this- but wanted you all to know- Im still planning on teaching soon ! I love all of my amazing friends and family who are supporting and praying for me!! I will see you soon!!

Hey , I'm missing all my party people!! My health is getting better and today I returned to Physical Therapy to get my knee stronger' Can't wait to dance again with my Zumba crew!! Love you mucho!!:)
